WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF DEALING WITH THE USER’S PERSONAL DATA?
FIT deals with information provided by the User in order to address applications of various kinds made by the web. Depending on the nature of the application, the purpose will pursue the management of (i) multiple queries (iii) newsletter subscription (iv) participation in social media through comments.
In the particular case of data provided by the “Intermedació Laboral” service, FIT will use its information for:
Examinate their suitability for the job they are posted to, as well as for jobs that may arise in the future.
Contact you via phone call or application
“WhatsApp”, solely in order to arrange job interviews, manage aspects relating to the selection process or report training activities.
Perform administrative functions.
Require legally required information, and respond to a legal process.
HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP THE USER’S PERSONAL DATA?
Generally speaking, the personal data provided will be kept for as long as necessary to meet the user’s request.
In the specific case of the submission of candidacy to job offers by Structure staff or Volunteer staff, not as User of an itinerary, the data will be preserved only during the course of the selection process and once completed all the data will be erased, except for the selected candidates that in that case the personal data collected during the selection period will be preserved until the completion of their work in the cooperative.
Therefore, if you are not only hired if you authorise it, FIT will save and use personal data, for a period of three (3) months in order to have your curriculum taken into account for future vacancies.
WHAT IS THE LEGITIMACY FOR THE PROCESSING OF USER’S PERSONAL DATA?
The legal basis for data processing is the consent of the User.
TO WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL THE USER’S PERSONAL DATA BE COMMUNICATED?
In general, access to their personal information will be limited only to those within the organization who need it to manage their application or evaluate their job application, perform functions, support staff selection tasks or those we are obliged by the legislation in force to disseminate it.
In the specific case of the Intermediació laboral’ service, we can start by specifying that the following categories of individuals will have access to their personal data:
Person Attention “Atenció a les Persones” who manages the Structure and Volunteer Personal Selection.
Director or Responsible of the “Persones” department, as well as responsible for the Department to which the candidate.

Persons in the “Intermediació Laboral” area that handles the User Work Exchange.

Government officials, in case there are legal requirements for information or bodies charged with overseeing compliance with private laws or litigants in response to valid legal processes (registration order or apprehension, citation or judicial order).
Its data can also be provided to those service providers in the third sector with which FIT collaborates: social services, education and training, personal well-being and employment and work. In any case, these services must comply fully with the provisions of the present privacy policy.
The data can also be transferred to public administrations and bodies for the provision of services and for compliance with obligations directly required for FIT.
HOW DOES FIT PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
FIT implements organizational, technical and physical security measures with the aim of protecting its data in order to avoid safety violations and ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of its data throughout the treatment.
The data that are requested in the various forms on the website are strictly necessary to meet their request, which the user/aria will communicate to us voluntarily.
