Lunch: 13:00 to 16:00 (the kitchen closes at 15:30)
Daily Menu: 15,50€ (IVA included). Includes appetizer, main dish, dessert and one drink .
This is the center of our project, where our school is located, and our first and largest restaurant. About 70% of the people working here are undergoing training, and the rest are restaurant professionals who guide and accompany them toward a new path of life. Diners, meanwhile, enjoy a unique gastronomic experience. A healthy home-cooked menu is created every day, using local products and limiting food waste.
